• Check in and check out dates.

• Number of rooms per night.

• Desired room type (1 king bed, 2 double beds, suite, etc).

• Company or lead passenger’s name.

• Address and zip code of group contract signer.

• Top 2-3 hotels the client is interested in.

• Total budget for accommodations including taxes and resort fees.
